Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Estimates

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Delivery times depend on your location:

Destination Estimated Delivery Time
United States 2 – 5 Business Days
Canada 5 – 10 Business Days

Note: These timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers. While we do our best to meet these windows, external factors (such as customs processing or extreme weather) may occasionally cause delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For our Canadian customers: Please note that our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and feel free to reach out to our support team so we can assist you through the process.
